Company Overview
MELAKA SKILLS TVET COLLEGE (MSTC) was founded by Agro Tech TVET Academy Sdn.Bhd, a training provider company owned by Bumiputera.
The establishment of MSTC College is the result of a collaborative effort by Agro Tech TVET Academy’s management team which consists of industries experts with more than 15 years of experience.
The members of the Board of Directors, management and staffs of MSTC college are composed of experienced and competent personnel in skills education.
MSTC is an Accredited Center of the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (Malaysian Skills Development Department) and its owner Agro Tech TVET Academy Company is also a training provider registered under (HRDCorp) Ministry of Human Resources and PERKESO.

The establishment of Melaka Skills TVET College (MSTC) is to respond to the Government's challenge to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which looks at the needs of individuals who are trained in technical fields in line with the development of technology. In line with MSTC's mission, we provide education that intensifies the needs of the industry so that we can produce individuals who are professionals in the field of skills and make a significant contribution to sustainable workforce development

MSTC offers courses, programs and training activities conducted by professional instructors with 10 years of experience in the industry. Therefore, MSTC is committed to providing an enabling environment for the progressive advancement of Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET) in the country. Among the training courses and programs focused on by MSTC are the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) courses, Microcredential (Modular) courses, Professional Certification program, Entrepreneurial skills courses and Soft skills programs.
MSTC is an Accredited Center of the Malaysian Skills Development Department and is also a registered training provider under (HRDCorp) Ministry of Human Resources and PERKESO. Therefore, there are various courses and programs that have been organized with the aim of improving the knowledge and skills of participants in the various fields offered apart from creating a professional network among course participants.
